1. Acceptance

By using Deliberae you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the site. These Terms apply to every market of the site, and the Brazilian version is the reference in Brazil.

2. What the site offers

We publish comparisons, buying guides and product reviews, priced and denominated for the reader's market. Every editorial page has an author, a date and a change log.

We also offer a virtual assistant on WhatsApp that helps you choose products and sends purchase links.

3. Nature of the content and of the verdict

All content is informational and editorial. A verdict is our opinion, based on published criteria; it is not technical, medical, legal, financial or investment advice.

A verdict does not replace the manufacturer's warranty, the contract with the seller, or your own decision. You decide what to buy.

4. Price, availability and delivery

The price shown is the one from the storefront in your country, with the date and time of the check. It is valid for 24 hours and is never displayed after that. Shipping, taxes, availability and delivery times are set by the selling store and can change at any time.

Nothing on this site reserves price, stock or delivery.

5. Affiliate links and advertising

We take part in the Amazon Associates program and are affiliates of other stores, such as Mercado Livre and Magazine Você (Magalu). If a purchase goes through one of our links, we may earn a commission. It never changes the price you pay.

We recommend products because they fit the use case you described, not because someone paid to be listed. Any commercial relationship with a manufacturer or a store is disclosed on the page.

The purchase happens directly on the partner store. We are not part of your relationship with the seller: quality, warranty, delivery and returns are the store's responsibility, under its own rules.

6. The virtual assistant on WhatsApp

The assistant is an artificial intelligence service, not a physical person. It answers using public page information, the site's own content and the research it runs at the time of the conversation.

Answers can contain errors, and the assistant does not know your situation beyond what you tell it. Do not use the service for medical, legal, financial or security guidance, or for decisions that need a licensed professional.

Links sent are to partner stores, with a commission for Deliberae. Price, availability and warranty are the store's.

7. Acceptable use

You may read, print and share the site's texts for personal use. You may not:

• Copy or republish the site's content, in whole or in substantial part, without written permission.
• Use the site or the assistant for spam, fraud, harassment, abusive automation or any illegal activity.
• Try to access restricted areas, disrupt the service, or obtain access to third-party data.

8. Intellectual property

The Deliberae name, layout, code, illustrations and original texts are protected by law. Trademarks and product names mentioned belong to their owners and are referenced editorially only.

Third-party content (photos, buyer ratings, store data) belongs to whoever published it and is used with attribution.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it will be available without interruption, that no text contains an error, or that the content fits a specific purpose.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Deliberae is not liable for damages arising from the use of the site or the assistant, for purchase decisions made based on the content, for price changes, or for problems with a partner store (delivery, warranty, product not as described).

This limitation does not apply to fraud or wilful misconduct, infringement of personality rights, or liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. External links

The site links to partner stores and to third-party pages. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

12. Right of withdrawal

Under Brazil's Consumer Defense Code, an online purchase can be cancelled within 7 calendar days after the order is confirmed, with a refund of the amount paid. The withdrawal request is made directly with the store, which is the seller in the transaction. In the European Union, the 14-day withdrawal period for distance sales applies, also exercised with the seller.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law, without prejudice to consumer protection rules in your country of residence. For consumer relations, the court of the consumer's domicile has jurisdiction.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page, and continued use of the site means acceptance of the current version.
